Foamy Mint Matcha Keto Latte
This is what you need:
Half a teaspoon of powdered matcha tea
One or two tablespoons of MCT oil
One or two tablespoons of unsalted butter
Put a kitchen towel over your blender and blend everything up except the collagen powder. Then put the collagen in and pulse it into the drink gently.
I don’t add sweetener but you can. Xylitol seems to be the closest to sugar but there’s tons of carbs, well, four, for each teaspoon and it’s so delicious you might be tempted to use a lot.
The longer you spend blending, the foamier and more enjoyable it is to drink.
